As a 23 year old in 2000 Phil took his first WSOP bracelet and has won 5 in total so far, he currently resides in Vegas so there is no shortage of places for him to ply his trade.
He learned the game of poker from his grandfather playing the five card stud variety, and by the relatively young age of 16 was regularly making a profit from playing as soon as he hit the age of 21 he turned professional.
When you watch Phil at the table you will be struck be how quiet and timid he appears, he can make an opponent uneasy by simply staring at them, but one thing is for sure he knows how to play poker at the very highest level and as the saying goes “the quiet ones are the worst”.
